However, to ensure a fair process for all our customers, we have established a clear and comprehensive Return and Refund Policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 3 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
  • Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in their original packaging. We also require the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Health and Hygiene: Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for perfumes that have been opened or used. This includes breaking the seal or opening the cellophane wrapping.

2. Return Process

  • Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at sales@orienticaperfumes.com with your order details and reason for return. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Return Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your items. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.

3. Damages and Issues

  • Inspection on Arrival: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at sales@orienticaperfumes.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Reporting Damage: Damages or issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom and Personalized Items: We do not accept returns for custom-made or personalized products.
  • Hazardous Materials: Items classified as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are not eligible for return.
  • Final Sale Items: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

5. Exchanges

  • Process: If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know in advance, as it might not be possible due shipping regulations and national and local laws.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • EU Customers: If your order is shipped to a European Union address, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must still meet the condition requirements mentioned above.

7. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank Processing Time: Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sales@orienticaperfumes.com.

8. Final Notes

  • Accuracy of Product Representation: We make every effort to accurately represent our products through descriptions and images on our site. However, minor differences may occur. Please base your purchase decision on the product description rather than images alone.
